Jason Eichhorst Design and Photography

There's a nostalgia that is embodied when holding a medium format camera. It tends to bring me back to the camera's inception and era. It all heeds from the weight of the camera, nearly all metal mechanics, peering down through the view finder to see the image in reverse. Focussing manually and pressing the metal shutter-release button. I feel that photography is much more engaging this way and brings a deeper connection between photographer and subject.
